TheObligation.us
We are helping to kickstart a movement that creates awareness of the problems associated with unemployed (and underemployed) adults who do not have a GED or high school diploma (especially ex-felons).
We are assisting with a Tom's Shoes type one-for-one program whereby for each book purchased, one book will be donated to nonprofit organization (like The Salvation Army, Goodwill), prison, or local shelter that starts these people on the path from hopelessness to hope.
TheObligation.US is dedicated to the proposition that "society has an obligation to educate all of its members: not just to provide an opportunity for non-adults; not just blame those who drop-out; not just provide an inefficient system that works for a small percentage.
Positions for all students in administration, operations, sales and marketing.
We believe society has an obligation to educate all of it's members; not to just provide an opportunity to the young. As such, we strive to enroll motivated, but not educated, adults and then to provide them the skills necessary to obtain stable and meaningful employment in Administrative, Customer Service, Sales and accounting positions in the medical and general business fields.

SPQR: Senatus Populusque Romanus ("The Senate and People of Rome").
The traditional date for the founding of Rome is 753 BC. By about 500 BC the Romans became free of the Etruscan kings and formed a Republic which lasted until about 50 BC when Julius Caesar engaged Pompey in the civil war. The symbol represents the city of Rome to this day. The Republic was the foundation for Rome becoming the premier civilization in the history of the world. Roman roads, laws and customs brought prosperity and peace and enabled culture to flourish. After the fall of Rome it took Europe almost 1,000 years to reach the same level of sophistication and prosperity enjoyed by Romans.

People of the Abyss (2014) In 1903, American author Jack London, wrote People of the Abyss. It is the story of his donning the attire of a hobo, entering London’s East End and living amongst the starving, wretched and sick. And, like all Jack London stories (White Fang, The Call of the Wild, The Sea Wolf, etc.) it is a great read; too bad he didn't have a smartphone to capture videos, send texts, store GPS settings, etc. Larson Training Centers, is proud to announce that it has started a project (People of the Abyss (2014)), picking up where Jack London left off. Each day, he will submit true-to-life short reports and videos about what life is really like for the homeless. Why does Larson Training Centers care? We want to create awareness of the problems associated with the lack of proper education, namely: drug abuse, homelessness, crime and prison. Society has an obligation to educate its members: period. Not to just provide a chance at education when young --including unearned promotion to the next grade, (thus “kicking the can” down the road and making it the next persons problem), until they drop-out on their own (and then blaming them for not finishing school).

All students will participate in one or more of these projects
