Do you have a class or employment opportunity that can help others become financially secure through stable and meaningful employment? We are looking to partner with employers and those wishing they could open a school but don’t have the resources or patience to do so.
A community is only as strong as its bottom 25%

There are a lot of problems today: education is declining, medical treatment is becoming too expensive, the roads are in disrepair, it’s hard to find good employment, crime is on the rise. It’s up to us (i.e. members of a community) to solve our own problems; not rely on government to do so.

Strong communities are the foundation of a well-lived life. Yet, when communities decline too much, (i.e. when the needs of the bottom become unsustainable) they weaken –and then many members leave. Strong communities result from financially secure members.

Financial security is the result of stable and meaningful employment, and stable and meaningful employment is best achieved through education. Vocational education is the best form of education for most members of the community because it is designed to teach individuals how to be successfully employed, productive members of their communities.

Providing employment that teaches students to be successful at that employment and prepares them for better employment are the keys to any successful vocational school program.

The benefits without the burdens

If you want to open a school, but don’t have the time, resources or desire to deal with the burdens of doing so, perhaps we can partner to offer your program: you design it, you staff it. We will assist you in creating the proper curriculum and help you attract students who the class is designed to help.
Education

If you have an idea for a vocational educational program and are willing to educate others, contact us.
Employment

If you own a business (or are employed by a business) that relies on sales and/or customer service people and have more employee turnover than you’d like; or if you have too many unmotivated employees (i.e. employees who are doing just enough to stay employed), then contact us because all of our students are motivated to become financially successful in commission-only positions.

We can design a program to fit your needs while providing our students with the real-world education and experience that is needed for them to become financially secure.
